The Handbook Chatbot is a Professional and Enterprise feature, so it isn't included in the trial. After 7 days, or when you hit your limits, you'll need to subscribe to continue creating — but you can always view what you've built.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.

Your handbook and documents remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything as Word or PDF before your access ends. We'll send reminders before any data is deleted.

Yes! Pay annually and get 2 months free — that's a 17% saving. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.

Today, each Bounda organisation is managed through a single user account. Multi-user access with roles is on our roadmap. If your team needs multiple users now, get in touch and we can talk through Enterprise options.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure payment partner, Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't available for partial months.

Starter is great for small teams who need basic handbook compliance. Professional unlocks the full platform: unlimited policies, 40+ HR document types, the Handbook Chatbot, and legal change alerts. Most customers choose Professional.
